President of Republic Congratulates Sultan of Brunei

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Majesty Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei, on his country’s celebration of its national day:
“Your Majesty and dear brother,
On the occasion of your country’s celebration of its national day, it is my pleasure to express to your Majesty my warmest congratulations, wishing the brotherly Brunei people further progress and prosperity.
