Water Minister Holds Meeting With Delegation From Kuwait Development Fund

On 20 June, Mr. Sidi Mohamed Ould Taleb Amar, the Minister of Water and Sanitation, held a working session with a high-level delegation from the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, led by Mr. Tarek Younesse Al Maniss, the Fund's first economic adviser. 
This meeting is part of the preparation for financing the 4th section of the project to supply the city of Kiffa with drinking water from the Senegal River, with up to 20 million Kuwaiti dinars, equivalent to US$66 million.
The meeting discussed the level of cooperation between the two countries and the means to develop it, particularly in the field of sanitation.
