"Your Majesty and dear brother,
I learned with deep sorrow the news that your Majesty contracted COVID-19. I implore Allah to grant you a speedy recovery and preserve you for your country, which you lead with wisdom and foresight towards further progress and prosperity.
While wishing you a speedy recovery and good health, I reiterate to you our determination to boost the fraternal ties between the two countries to meet the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
Please accept, Majesty and dear brother, the assurances my highest consideration".
