President of Republic Expresses Mauritania's Sincere Condolences to Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince

On 13 May, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of condolence to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the brotherly State of the United Arab Emirates, following the death of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may Allah have His Mercy upon him.

The message reads as follows:

"Highness and dear brother,

I learned with great sadness the unfortunate news that affects the brotherly Emirati people and the Arab and Islamic Ummah following the death of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the President of the State of the United Arab Emirates.

In this painful circumstance, I present on my behalf and behalf of the Mauritanian people our sincere condolences and compassion to the leadership, government, and people of the brotherly Arab Emirates State as well as to the Arab and Islamic Ummah following the passing of this great man.

We implore ALLAH to shower him with His Mercy, to welcome him into his Holy Paradise, and to inspire you to have patience and perseverance.
