Mauritania Condemns Houthi Militias’ Continued Attacks on Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
Nouakchott, 24/01/2022 On 24 January, Mauritania strongly condemned the continued attacks perpetrated by the Houthi militias on Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.This came in a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad and reads as follows:
“The Islamic Republic of Mauritania energetically condemns and strongly denounces the continued attacks by the Houthi militias on the territories of brotherly Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. It believes that the continuation of such heinous attacks constitutes a provocation of the international community and a serious threat to the security and stability of the strategic Gulf region”.
